Finally additional appointments were also scheduled on-site at the Buyers-Meet-Sellers (BMS) session. More than 90% of exhibitors took advantage of this facility with over 60% of exhibitors achieving 80% completed schedules 10 days before the event. By fully leveraging on technology to make it convenient for delegates to complete their appointment schedules before arriving into Shanghai it contributed to a more productive outing during show days. The Online Diary has been extremely helpful. It made scheduling all our appointments highly convenient.
